We are looking for a HR Advisor / HR Business Partner

Responsibilities and tasks?

? Participate and contribute in local HR processes related to attract, select, develop, perform and re-assign.
? Participate in projects related to leadership development, organizational change processes, performance management, as well as employees and career counselling.
? Partner with the business to/in leadership development, organisational change processes, talent/performance management, workforce and succession planning.
? Work in alignment with Aker Solutions values and policies

Qualifications & personal attributes?

? Bachelor?s Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or related field
? Work experience from ?human resources, OD and /or recruiting
? Good communication, build relations and problem solving skills
? Good IT skills
? Able to work with high volume workload ?
? Bias for action, strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to achieve excellence
? Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
? Ability to analyze various types of employee or department information
? Good skills in both written and spoken Norwegian and English languages
? Team player and network-builder
